1. Introduction

Welcome to Kasino (“the Casino”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any page of https://www.kascasino.xyz (“the Website”) and/or opening an account you (“the Player”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Licensing & Regulatory Information

Kasino is operated by Kasino Gaming Ltd., a company incorporated in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, under company number ##### and holding a valid Internet Gaming Licence issued by the Gaming Control Anjouan (GCA).

The licence authorises us to offer interactive games of chance and skill to players outside prohibited jurisdictions, subject to strict compliance with Anjouan’s i‑Gaming & Betting Act and relevant regulations covering player protection, fair play, anti‑money‑laundering (“AML”), and responsible gaming.

3. Definitions

  • Games means any casino, sportsbook, or other wagering product offered on the Website.
  • Account means a unique player wallet maintained by the Casino.
  • Stake means the amount of cryptocurrency or fiat placed on a Game.
  • Force Majeure means an event outside reasonable control that prevents fulfilment of obligations.

4. Eligibility & Prohibited Jurisdictions

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

You warrant that online gambling is lawful in your country or territory. Players located in, resident in, or accessing the Website from the United States, United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands (including Curaçao & Bonaire), Spain, Singapore, North Korea, Iran, or any other black‑listed country are strictly prohibited from opening or using an Account. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and residence at any time and to void wagers and/or close your Account if evidence cannot be supplied.

5. Account Registration & Security

To play for real money you must create an Account and provide accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, address, e‑mail, and wallet details.

Each individual may register one Account only. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed and winnings voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately; we are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

6. Responsible Gaming & Self‑Exclusion

Kasino is committed to a safe entertainment environment that prevents gambling‑related harm, as mandated by the GCA; our internal controls include deposit limits, session‑time reminders, cool‑off periods, and permanent self‑exclusion.

Players may set or amend limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account or by e‑mailing support@kascasino.xyz. Requests for self‑exclusion are irreversible for their chosen duration.

7. Anti‑Money‑Laundering & Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC)

Pursuant to Anjouan’s AML framework, we verify identity, address, and source of funds before permitting cumulative withdrawals exceeding €2,000 (or equivalent).

Acceptable KYC documents include a government‑issued photo ID, recent utility bill, bank reference, and—in some circumstances—proof of wealth.

Suspicious activity will be reported to the Anjouan Financial Intelligence Unit and Accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All Games employ certified random‑number generators or externally audited providers to ensure fairness and true randomness. Independent testing certificates are available upon request.

Game‑specific house rules, payout tables, bet limits, and RTP percentages are displayed within each Game lobby and form part of these T&C.

9. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bonus terms—such as minimum deposit, maximum bet while wagering, rollover multiple, expiry, and game weighting—are displayed in the Promotions area and supersede any conflicting information.

Abuse of bonuses (e.g., arbitrage betting, linked Accounts, “chip‑dumping”) is prohibited; the Casino may cancel bonuses, refuse withdrawals, and close Accounts if abuse is detected.

10. Deposits, Wagers & Withdrawals

Accepted currencies and digital assets are listed in the Cashier. Deposits are credited on sufficient network confirmations; wagers are deducted instantly.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours once KYC is complete, subject to security checks and weekly maximums that mirror applicable AML thresholds.

We implement segregated player funds and retain liquidity buffers that meet GCA requirements, ensuring players’ balances are never used for operational expenses.

11. Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as Dormant. A monthly administrative fee of €5 (or currency equivalent) may thereafter be deducted until the balance is zero or the Account is reactivated. Notice will be provided 30 days in advance.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, trademarks (including “Kasino” and related logos), text, and soundtracks on the Website are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Casino, its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website, including system malfunctions, interrupted play, or loss of profits. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of wagers placed by you in the preceding 30 days.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, contact complaints@kascasino.xyz with full details. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve internally within 14 days.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with Gaming Control Anjouan through the official portal; the regulator’s mediation decision is final and binding.

15. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for breach of these T&C, suspected fraud, AML concerns, chargebacks, or upon order of the regulator. Remaining balances (less any chargebacks or illegal gains) will be returned where permitted by law.

16. Amendments

These T&C may be amended from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days before coming into force. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. Any proceedings shall be submitted to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Anjouan courts.
